Tranquilo is a pleasure city on a desert planet. It is mostly famous for gambling and stage shows, although it also features more or less anything you can imagine from fighting arenas to game arcades - if you can have fun while spending money, you can probably do it on Tranquilo.

One notable feature is The Array - a Total Immersion VR system where the NPCs are played by real humans, not AI (see Jett 11 - Setback at Pyla for details).
