While much is unknown about the Head of house Marvello, the Speaker for the Council is Lady Julia Marvello. A retired courtesan, she's proof that it's dangerous to underestimate a working girl. By all accounts she's a tactful and ruthless negotiator, and is painfully aware of exactly what leverage she has when petitioned for aid. She's as stunning as she is cunning, so beware her spies and assassins should you make an enemy of House Marvello.
