Tranquilo (City) is run by the Angel Brothers, a gang of half-brothers fathered by the infamous outlaw Papa Angel who terrorized the sector and beyond a couple of decades ago. Papa Angel hasn't been seen for 25 years, give or take, and his fate is a mystery. Some say he's dead, some say he left the sector, some say he retired, but nobody knows for sure what became of him.
His sons run a gang that operated in Tranquilo, and over time managed to take control of the city through being more united and organized than the other gangs, and maybe just a little bit meaner too.
